What happens after you make a purchase on PC HOME? 2.2
In this post, we are going to talk about how to check your order status after you have placed your order on PC HOME. Usually, when you place an order on PC HOME, you will receive three types of notifications:
Text message sent to your phone
An email sent to the account that is registered to PC HOME
A status update on the APP
It is really important to make sure you fill in your email and phone number in correctly, so you can receive notifications. After you place your order, your phone should quickly get a text message from PC HOME and an email with your invoice in it. If you have the APP, you will also get a notification on the APP.
Open the PC HOME APP on your phone and go to the bell icon to see your order's current status.
After you click the bell icon, you will see a lost of all your current transactions. If you look at the picture on the left, you can see that I have three messages from PC HOME:
1. The first message (the one on the bottom with the time stamp of 2018/05/17 18:48:55) is the message telling me that my order has been places. The Chinese characters you want to look for our 訂單 Dìngdān which means order.
2. The second message (the one in the middle with the time stamp of 2018/05/17 19:53:19) is the message telling me the package has been mailed. The Chinese you want to look for is 已出貨 Yǐ chū huò which means shipped.
3. The third and final message is (the top one with the time stamp of 2018/05/18 18:55:24) telling you that the package has arrived at its destination. The Chinese you want to pay attention for is 已送達 Yǐ sòngdá which means arrived in English.
Also, do not worry about picking up the package immediately. PC HOME usually gives you a week to pick up the package at 711 before it is sent back to the person you bought it from. The picture below shows where you can find that information.
In the final message, it will also give you a deadline of how long the package will wait until it is returned to the seller.
I hope you found this post useful. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message or write a comment below!
